organized, low wait times, great experience
We had a great time.
we went at 7pm, thinking the lines were down, but boy, were we unpleasantly surprised. It took over an hour and a half to get upstairs and it was packed. On top of that, the lines for the overhang took about an hour and were so jammed packed, it was hard to get a good photo.
Please remember, that with these tickets Viator, you still need to go to the box office to actually get the ticket don't go get into line with just the printout.
The tour was great but buying your ticket from these people does not help you out all that much. You still have to print the ticket. You still have to wait in the same line as the people who bought tickets so they can exchange your printout for a regular ticket. A friend bought a ticket someplace online and they scanned in her bar code on her phone like an airline boarding pass.
Definitely try to visit the top of the Willis tower .but understand this does not seem to get you in any quicker when I went.
Great view on a beautiful day. Would be great if purchasing tickets via Viator got you in as quick as the FastPass or City Pass does!
Sorry we did not get to take tour. When we go there the line seemed short, got right in the building and was informed it was a 2 1/2 hour wait. That is just tooo long to stand in line when you have already purchased tickets in advance.
It was a fun tour. We ended up coming back later at night when the wait was much shorter. We enjoyed the nighttime view of the city. I'd recommend Skydeck man the picture lines at the box as waiting our turn to step in the box took longer than anything else. People weren't exactly keeping their photo op sessions short and sweet...ignoring the 50 or so people behind them waiting in line...
I did this during the day. Great views on a beautiful sunny day!

It's a great view. Very crowded and pre-purchasing tickets did not save us any time. We had to get real tickets when we got there. Way to many lines. The worst was waiting in line to get on the ledge, with nobody from the Willis Tower keeping the photo taking to one or two, verses a total photo shoot some families were doing. I thought there was going to be a riot...Not worth the time.
too many kids that drove us nuts. Wait is too long
